Two homes that were being renovated collapsed in West London yesterday which lead to 40 people had to leave their properties in Durham Place, Chelsea.
Neighbours reported hearing a thunderous thud late last night at the mid-terraced house.

Collapsed houses at Durham Place.
According to the London Fire Brigade, no injuries have been reported and 40 people in the nearby were evacuated as a precaution. The fallen home in Durham Place was owned by the family of film executive Arthur Abeles and was sold for 8£ million pounds last year.
