Champions League Round-up 25/11 – Chelsea and Manchester Utd Win

Last night, Chelsea travelled to Rennes and qualified for the knockout stages as they scraped a 2-1 win away from home, in a game that could have gone either way. Super-sub Olivier Giroud managed to clinch the winner in the dying minutes of the game.

Meanwhile, Manchester United had a dominant performance at Old Trafford thrashing Istanbul Basakesir 4-1. Red Devils star Bruno Fernandes showed up with a great performance after scoring two goals in the first 20 minutes.

Today, Manchester City will travel to Greece to take on Olympiacos, while Liverpool will host Atalanta in what should be an entertaining game.
