Polish PM Demands edit of Death Camp Documentary

The Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki has written to streaming company Netflix insisting on changes to their documentary “The Devil Next Door”, which is about Nazi death camps.

Morawiecki says the documentary misrepresents Poland for being responsible for death camps when it was occupied by Germany in World War Two, due to a map shown in the series that locates death camps within modern-day Poland’s borders.

Netflix told Reuters it was aware of concerns regarding the documentary.

But at this time it is not known if they will make changes to the documentary
