Man dies after shooting in Ilford

Last night emergency services were called to Ilford with reports of a shooting. When the police arrived, they found a 30-year-old man dead with gunshot injuries to his head at the crime scene. Currently no one has been arrested in connection to this incident.

A witness at the scene who did not wish to be named said that 'we heard a loud bang, it could’ve only been a gunshot, and the police were here in force very quickly'.

Another neighbour has informed the police that the vehicle used in the murder was a white range rover.

The murder investigation is currently ongoing.
