The top 10 academic progress positions have been taken by London based school districts, according to new national league tables.
With the capital continuing to dominate in education, Ealing secondary schools have recorded the highest score in England overall.
Secondary schools in the borough of Ealing recorded the highest score, with an overall Progress 8 as presented in figures from the Department of Education. Progress 8 is a new government scheme which aims to measure the improvement that children have achieved between primary school and the end of secondary school.
The scheme is designed to encourage good quality teaching across the years, while also supporting children from different backgrounds.
