Crossrail Extension Will See Kent on the London Underground

New plans for the Crossrail will see Kent connected to London via the Underground.

The Elizabeth line will extend as far east as Ebbsfleet, which already serves the Eurostar with trains to Paris, Brussels and Lille. Although the project has had numerous delays, it is now targeted for completion as soon as possible next year, in 2021.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and Transport for London (TFL) say they hope this will unlock new and potential development within Kent.
