This week, Brentford Football Club have released a statement regarding their reaction to managing the spread of COVID-19.
To help contain infection, they have closed down their training ground to all non-essential visitors. The club also stated that players and staff have been told to limit their interactions with fans unless it is strictly necessary, meaning that players will not be able to shake hands, sign autographs or pose for pictures with their supporters.
However, the club will be continuing as normal in all other areas, with no matches being cancelled for the foreseeable future.
Supporters of Brentford have been asked to take all measures they can to protect themselves, with vulnerable people recommended to stay at home.
